The South West Wedding Awards 2017

Where to begin...its been a rather emotional weekend for me.

As my husband and I drove up to Plymouth for the SWWA event on Friday, I was full of nerves and excitement. When we arrived, I was so pleased to find that we were on a table with some lovely familiar faces :-)

We were treated to some wonderful entertainment and the food was delicious. As the events began, the buzz in the room was palpable.

When the awards ceremony kicked off, my heart started to race as my category was announced first. I was up against some amazing other artists from the four counties (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset) as the names were announced, my husband was (not so kindly!) filming me so that he was able to capture the moment of complete and utter shock and surprise on my face as my name was called as winner of the 'Best Bridal Beauty" category.

I cant lie....I cried like a baby!

I want to thank each and every one of you for your love, support, encouragement and taking the time to vote for me. Without you I wouldn't be where I am today. You are all amazing!!!
